Do you ever think, "I couldn't do that, I'm too [stupid, scared, overweight, tired]"?

Do you ever think, "I wish I could..."?

Is there something that keeps cropping up: every job you've had you've fallen out with someone, you keep hurting your back or some other part of your body, or whenever you plan to do something you get a migraine or cold?

Do you find whenever you eat certain foods you don't feel well?

Do you keep trying to do something, such as lose weight, but it just never seems to work or you can't stick at it?

Is there something that scares you or makes you feel anxious?  Is it limiting your life in some way?

Do you look at supplements and feel confused as to which you should be taking and how many?

Is there someone you don't get on with or try to avoid?

Do you ever feel your parents didn't encourage or love you enough or they were excessively critical?  How has this affected you and the choices you make?

Are you haunted by a traumatic memory that stops you moving forward and making changes?

These are some of the issues that kinesiolgy can help with.  It is a tool which you can use to help you change habits and behaviours, undestand yourself better, get back on track after a stressful event, sort out things that are bothering you or prepare for something important.  It is not a 'quick fix' or a magic wand - it does require effort and a commitment and willingness to make changes, but the benefits can be enormous and life-changing.
